  1. By submitting material to Engaging Collections, I authorize that this is original material that I personally created. I understand that I retain ownership of the copyright of all submitted material, and am granting Engaging Collections license to display submitted material as artwork in private gallery space, public space, website, social media platforms, and in their own publication, for the purposes of educating and/or conveying news, information or fair comment opinion, and which does not seek or accept sponsorship to promote a product, person, service or company.

    1. I submit material with no expectation of compensation beyond the agreed upon initial compensation contractually agreed upon after submission acceptance. I am not granting the sale of reproductions of my work, and the licenses granted herein are non-transferable.

    2. I hereby authorize Engaging Collections, to display the material that I have provided by way of print reproduction and/or in digital format, in connection with the Engaging Collections initiative. It is my understanding that Engaging Collections will determine whether any or all of the material submitted will be displayed. If Engaging Collections wishes to make any additional uses of the material not covered within these terms, Engaging Collections will obtain written permission. Individuals submitting material retain full copyright over their original work and are in no way releasing ownership of their original work.

  1. Términos y Condiciones

    1. Al enviar material a Engaging Collections, autorizo ​​que este sea material original que yo personalmente creé.
